Biography

naturetop.png
Avenicci was once a Gaoler, just like Hecate. She was also discontent with the role in life that being born as a Gaoler gave her, for she wanted to do more with her life than guard prisoners. Unlike most Gaolers, Avenicci found herself drawn to the prospect of having a hoard. Her parents were both greatly displeased by her "unnatural" behaviors, so Avenicci found herself growing closer to the only other Gaoler that felt her pain, Hecate. It is because of this that Avenicci is held in such high esteem by Hecate, and they consider themselves sisters, for all that they share no blood relation.

Now that she is a Veilspun, Avenicci has begun to build up a hoard of all the things that her parents would not let her keep as a Gaoler. Skulls, gems, mushrooms, poisonous sludge, and more all have found their way into her personal lair. She may sleep with the rest of the Veilspuns, but she needs a place for her work, after all. Other dragons, unless they are Hecate or Tempest, do not get to see Avenicci's hoard. They would not survive if they did.

Avenicci currently studies under SirenSong, knowing full well that the dragon isn't loyal to Hecate or the swarm. It is her hope to one day replace SirenSong as the head healer, even when Avenicci's interests lean more toward poisoning and alchemy than healing. Avenicci is deceptively kind toward others, hiding her true intentions behind a bright grin and a cheery voice. SirenSong does not realize that Avenicci's sympathetic ear is fake, and Avenicci intends to keep it that way. She can let SirenSong think that Avenicci's interest in healing comes from a desire to see no others get hurt. Hecate knows the truth.
