DESCRIPTION
If ever there was an example of Plato's Republic book IX, it would be this guy. He wants things, he takes things, and he's miserable for it. This inability to refrain from taking what he thinks should be his drives away friendships that would actually make him happy--and he keeps driving them away in fear that they might become his competition or reject his company. His isolation is self-made and he likes to pretend he wants it that way.
Behind his 'unfeeling' 'give me what I want' persona that he fails to act, he is an incredibly self-conscious dragon who constantly worries any display of feeling will have him torn apart. Chances are if he experiences an emotion it'll be processed through yelling or sarcasm.
RELATIONSHIPS
France: This dragon is an old enemy/friend--they hated each other in their youth and spent years trying to kill each other. This hatred was resolved by two massive conflicts in which they were forced to work together to survive. Now they tolerate each other. Before these conflicts, England was in an endless custody battle with this dragon over his 'kids' which he more or less was winning until France started helping his 'kids' with their rebellions. He'll never forgive the French.
America: That one child that ran off, got stronger and more successful than him, and now makes fun of him. He'll never forgive the Americans.
Canada: That one quiet child that he keeps forgetting about.
Australia: The clingy one that almost scares him.
New Zealand: The responsible one that he doesn't worry about
Hong Kong: The mischievous one that he worries about.
Seychelles: The one that somehow got adopted because France was there and obviously England had to be there too.
