No one knows what happened to them before settling down to the Elliwoods. Its not even a matter of the lad not wanting to talk about it, its because the lad simply cannot even speak. No one has ever heard their voice. No one even knows their name and so just nicknamed them Mask. No one knows what 2 legged and 2 winged creature they even are. Can you blame anyone? The lad is as small as a fae and rarely allows anyone to even touch them. However after a fiery accident in the woods not long ago where their fake feathers and mask fell off, an answer to what they are might be known. Mask is nothing more than a zombified fae who lost their front arms and neck up, along with the majority of their wings. However only the crazy believe that. After all it was only the crazed bogsneak Ransome who witnessed the event. Nowadays they spend their days aimlessly wandering the Elliwoods, collecting more feathers to cover the monster underneath while at the same time enjoying to perch on larger dragons shoulders and backs as a freak of a shoulder companion.
