"A place for everything and everything in its place." Weigela was born under a portentous sign. While the seer Adiantum foretold that Weigela would have great success in politics, it was never their interest. Due to the Gemini Alliance, Weigela had great contact with the Hotaru clan from a young age and eventually decided to move to the sister clan, quickly setting up a den. Uncomfortable with more masculine pronouns and behaviors, Weigela began to refer to himself as them, dressing in a manner which was neither wholly masculine or feminine to fit their preferences. The clan quickly accepted them and soon they were approached by Luciel who wanted them to help manage the new library. Weigela agreed, having an interest in organization. Before long they had completely redone the organizational system of the library and set up a system of borrowing and lending so that the younger dragons could more easily educate themselves. Weigela is a very self-confident dragon who will wear and do whatever they want. They have no interest in relationships besides those of friends and acquaintances. They prefer to keep everything well organized but if things get messy they can easily get overwhelmed and give up. Despite having a relatively short attention span for things they deem trivial, Weigela can be hyperfocused on activities which interest them. |
