Virgo Clan of Ice SEND BACK TO Pieeee IF YOU CONSIDER EXALTING Virgo remembered when she felt called to Exaltation. Something seemed to deem her worthy of serving the Gods and she threw herself into training. But...her heart wasn't in it. Despite what compelled her, she felt this juxtaposition between her "destiny" and her own soul. She leapt into danger, heedless of her wounds, collecting scars and injuries and feeling more and more empty inside. Then something changed. She met Edge. These dragons knew how she felt (empty, disillusioned, pained), agreed with Virgo and her viewpoint (revolutionary, riotous, righteous)! She fell in happily with them. She had found a family and Virgo began to help them with their plans and lair. She felt whole again (the empty notch in her heart had to mean nothing now; she had a family). Then another thing changed. Mono. A hatchling from a broken home. Virgo was the one to find the child, well more of a young drake than hatchling but still a child, wandering outside. The small Mirror looking up at her with wild and wide red-violet eyes underneath a papermache mask. She led him back as he spoke of ostracism and undounded suspicion and Virgo invited the Mirror to stay a while. Mono fit into the Edge family with ease. She took him into her home and let Mono have a place to stay whenever he was at Edge headquarters. Whenever he showed up, Virgo felt her heart fill up with love and she unofficially adopted her little wandering ghost without telling anyone. Virgo thought he felt the same. He took off the mask when they were alone. The drake gave her a teardrop sapphire, infused with Ice magic, for Virgo's birthday years later. It was the first time Virgo had cried in years and grabbed The last change was how Edge began to fall into a military cult, absorbed and taken over by stronger dragons with louder ideals. They infected Mono with cursed magic as Virgo shied away from what she knew was a slippery slope. She fled to the Godhunters soon after, becoming their spy, and was one of the main reasons Edge fell that first and only raid. Virgo now assists in Mono's rehabilitation and lives in the Civilian Sector. She distrusts Majima, but can't deny his assistance was invaluable when dismantling Edge. |
