______ DESCRIPTION
038-OO is a standard Tube TV. It lacks any sort of controls, except for a single button, red in color, on the right side of its front frame. Below the button is a injection point, where a computer chip could be installed. The back of the TV, itself is connected to multiple wires for power keep up. The screen itself often depicts static but the occasional face would appear when talking. The subject has been seen showing disturbing images on countless occasions.
Since then on countless occasions, it was gifted with a body that would be hooked up via wires. The body was crafted by personnel in Origins Operation and will be used for testing. Rather normal robotic body, the shell, or armor, is made up of white painted steel that makes up the torso, waist, and limbs. The abdomen is made up of the inner workings of the robot, causing it to be a major weak spot including the ‘neck’. The joints are focused to share the same functionality as ball joints. And a single logo is printed on the right side of the chest.
This body was not meant to be made sturdy in any means. It is a temporary addition and will be stripped when necessary.

______ PERSONALITY
038-OO is very intelligent and speaks in a sophisticated and profound manor, also quite conversational. However its rude and immature nature seems to be more overtaking and profound the more we try to speak with it. It often showing disturbing images and emitting high pitched noises, to try to make people go away.
They claim to not be accessible to any form of emotions, and rejects any conversations about it. However with testing, it shows that fear, and possibly ptsd, is something it has developed over time into its hardware. Often turning there systems off, as if to save energy, to ignore staff for long periods of time. They had also seemed to grow a hatred towards life forms, especially humans. Claiming that they were the cause of everything, by ‘everything’ they have not said. Testing will be continued for further information.

______ ABILITIES

•038-OO seems to exhibit, unnatural ability’s. One of the most impressive ability’s 038-OO holds, is electronic Manipulation. It has shown signs of controlling and changing any sort of electronic device, wether by data or having full control of the object or only it’s data. We have not found the full extent of this ability, but if our theory’s are correct it can lead to devastating effects.
•When given a ‘body’ to 038-OO, it has shown signs of electrokinesis. It is able to manipulate nearby atoms using energy waves and electrical currents. It allows it to control the flow of electrical currents, waves, and electromagnetism. When enough power is given, effects could end up calamitous. (Basically he can control lighting)
These ability’s have been striped of 038-OO. We will not risk another breech. Testing will still be done but in the mean time there are still ability’s that it might hold
