Every struggling town has one: the one dragon who has seen the economic devastation around them and thought, Excellent, let’s exploit that. Primavera, a dazzling pearlescent Coatl with immaculate feathers and the dead-eyed stare of a dragon who will end you for failing to pay her on time, is the most financially successful entity in Dregsby.

She runs Primavera’s Produce, the town’s only functioning farm, a venture built on blood, sweat, and a truly terrifying work ethic. She operates on the principle that if capitalism is inevitable, it might as well be profitable, and she might as well be the one profiting.

Her business model consists of:

1. Aggressively undercutting all competitors.
2. Ensuring there are no competitors.
3. Running a truly impressive passive-aggressive marketing campaign designed to guilt people into buying locally.

Her customer service is impeccable. Her patience is non-existent. She once forced the town council into approving an extension to her farmland by simply not leaving the meeting until they signed the forms. It took seventeen hours.
