You see a glimmering golden dragon of light. The sunshine reflecting of her wicked sharp raptor hooks. You come closer to appreciate the fine butter coloured intricacies of her skin and scales. Light dragons are known to be friendly and trustworthy so you barely think twice about approaching this ambassador of the light diety.

Your eyes trace up her sleek glittering neck and fce. Then you get a good look at the gorgeous depths of her eyes... The the deep, dark spots of black. You barely have a chance to think for yourself that this is in fact not a light dragon, before the abyss of her jaws opens wide and you get to admire her pearly white teeth

Those claws were not intended to be beautiful but its quite useful don't you think?

Without apparel:


An obviously deadly snowy dragon. In this form she could blend in her arctic tundra habitat and lie in wait for prey. But with her new light skin she can lure foolish creatures close enough to be eaten.

Love:
She did not so much fall for him than she cought him as he fell to her. Such a bright beautiful thing that could not take his eyes of her, his eyes that were nearly as dark as hers.. In the end she fell for those. They would look at her like they couldn't ever have enough, like she was a mystery to be solved. And that she was indeed.

One thing they tought their hatchlings was that things are rarely as they seem. For example Abisayes looks rather angelic under the false skin she wears at the moment, yet even under that, she is a creature of darkness. This was the perfect way to teach them that there are many layers to the truth and nothing is ever just "good" or "bad". Being half angel and half abyss, the little ones understood this quite well. They knew they would always be save in their mother's dark hide-aways and that their father's strange ancient runes could be as dangerous as any monster if just any monster had them that is.

He would indeed be a Fallen if he fell for Abisayes, but he knew this was how it would be. He was the angel of secrets after all and he would keep her and their hatchlings safe from the world. And so this angel dove down into the gaping maw of the abyss and felt.. love.
