To describe Deliciae in as few words as possible, the easiest way would be to call her a spoiled brat. Beautiful but deadly, this enchantress is used to having her way, using her magic and cunning to entrap the minds of dragons and use them as her puppet like servants.

With a taste for fine things, one can find Deliciae relaxing in the shade as her servants do the work for her. Hunting, gathering, and brushing her feathers for hours on end, they work themselves into a mindless ruin, their bodies deteriorating while Deliciae never lifts a claw to aid them.

With a tricksters heart, when Deliciae does decide to actually do something for herself, she spends her time wooing the rich and stealing their treasures from under their noses. Occasionally snatching small things, such as a necklace or a ring that caught her eye, Deliciae has also been the cause of whole clans or kingdoms falling apart. Catching the eye of a wealthy dragon or dragoness, she flaunts her way to a lavish life style, slowing draining the resources and funds of her patron until there is nothing left for those who need it.
