Dusk is an assassin serving a greater cause. She serves the Shadowbinder in our eternal battle for dominance. She's lean and agile; and very skilled. She has piercing blue eyes and bright purple hair. Dusk wears a black trench coat and occasionally a mask and/or hood. As for personality she doesn't let her job weigh on her shoulders, she's kind and fiercely loyal.

Dusk stood in the alley engulfed in shadows. She tucked her watch back into her pocket and rounded the corner out onto the street. 5:30. The bright light of the sinking sun cast shadows across the street as she made her way through the city. She stopped in front of a pretty green and white themed mansion covered in vines. She checked her watch again. 5:40. Dusk slipped through a narrow gap in the fence unseen and made her way to a nearby window. Through the window she could see a family, a man and a woman sitting at the table with their two kids. Dusk rounded the house and at the back she found what she was looking for. A small window towards the top of the house. She wedged her fingers in the vines clogging the house and climbed to the window. She waited a few moments before hearing a door click open and then closed agin. Another glance at her watch. 5:50. Silently, gripped by urgency, she ran her hand over the latch and felt it give beneath her fingers. The window swung open and she slid through and into the shower, obscured from view. The man in the bathroom showed no signs of noticing her presence. Time was ticking away. Like a glitch in the flow of time she appeared behind him in the mirror. Just as he opened his mouth to let out a cry of terror she was there in a flash covering his mouth with a rag. She drew her dagger from it's sheathe and pressed it lightly against his neck, feeling his slight quiver. She looked up from him and saw her grim expression reflected in the mirror. Her mouth curled up into a snarl and she whispered in his ear, "your spilt blood is a praise whispered by the sorrows of this city and a warning to those other who cause them." With those words she slid the dagger through his neck and let his body drop to the floor. As if on cue a bell chimed in the distance. One chime. Two chimes. She was on the roof. Three chimes. She struck a match. Four chimes. She inhaled deeply and lt the match fall from her fingers and ignite the leafy roof. Five chimes. She fastened her harness to the edge of the building and jumped, landing neatly on the ground. Six chimes. She vanished into the quickly gathering crowd and turned to watch along with them, the Senator's house burn slowly to ashes.
