Coast guard. Reads on his days off. He's spent so much time soaring over the sea that its sparkling waves now shimmer on his wingspan, even when he's on land. It's said that the pattern it makes may foretell impeding disaster, but it can be hard to get a hold of him, as he has a distinct distrust of prophecy.
