Celebrian

Celebrian was born to an ancient Wildclaw and Imperial that were said to be formed by the Lightweaver herself. Though she lacks the golden radiance of her mother, Lady, she has an air about her that is uncommon: noble, queenly even. Though her heart is warm and kind, she can be ethereal or altogether other-worldly. It is said that the same pure light that her parents were formed from runs in her veins.

She is the Lady of Rivendell, the Last Homely House east of the Sea within the lush hidden valley of Imladris. Her mate, Elrond, established it long ago. There is great peace and wisdom there and the weary and oppressed find their way there for healing and rest that cannot be found anywhere else. She is the only inhabitant of Rivendell to be acquainted with the Endless Dusk (though there is much tell of her daughter, Arwen, whose glory seems to be from the Elder Days itself), and visits from time to time. She brings some of the singing and tales of her House there, gladdening hearts in times of darkness. Her blessings have ensured the tribe’s Beacon Inn holds a little of the peace and light of Rivendell - if not its splendor - and her visits to it seem to aid in keeping that permanently so. Celebrian’s kind touch brings hope and light to wherever she spends time at and, though they do not understand her, the dragons of the Endless Dusk are immeasurably glad of her occasional company.
