Since he began his studies abroad, he hasn't had much time for training, but the amount of books he's read has left him with higher Intelligence and Mind than most dragons.

Once a scribe, always a scribe right? Archeus thinks so, since he followed in his father's footsteps and became a Wanderer. The Wanderers are a mysterious group of scribes that travel the world documenting anything that piques their interest.

They mostly stay hidden amongst shadows and hide in plain sight. If you're looking for one, you've probably already seen countless Wanderers without even realizing it. Their group has been around since way before your time.

A small group of friends got together and made the group, looking for greater studies, which eventually evolved into Foreign Exchanges. They are also the people who Santa Claus was invented from, since they leave gifts for whoever unknowingly helped them with their studies. Archeus has left behind countless gifts.

As well as copies of excepts that the dragon(s) had helped him with. A piece of a Wanderers' work is said to be worth more than a diamond bangle, so most of their research that was accidentally left behind has been put in museums, where the dragon that lost it can be found trying to get it back.

Generous Wanderers?

____Archeus has always thought of himself as a generous Wanderer, leaving behind small copies of his work for poorer families to sell to museums to use the money to get back on their feet, a well as handwritten letters to the dragon(s) that unknowingly provided themselves as test subjects. Of course, he did no actual harm to any dragon whatsoever, he just picked a suitable dragon and studied them until they answered one of his unanswered questions, then, he left a gift and went on his way.

____Some of his gifts included food, clothes, fancy trinkets, jewelry, or basically anything that he figures his ex-guinea pig would like. Most Wanderers leave shotty gifts, like old worn-out coats and hats, fake crystals and other dragon-made gemstones, as well as even their pencil stubs. Most Wanderers give better than this, but very few give above and beyond what was needed.

Starting Out(1)

____When Archeus was a young hatchling, his dad quickly took him under his wing so he didn't have much time to spend with the few friends he had made before his dad stole him away. All of his friends forgot about him because he was never around, except for Vivian, she had promised him that she would be his friend no matter how far away he was or how long he was gone. Eventually, he had forgotten about Vivian. His dad introduced Archeus to the Wanderers and Archeus had immediately fallen in love. He was all for learning new things and wandering all over the place! He quickly joined and made new friends with basically everyone in the group.

Retirement?(2)

____After a while, when Archeus had grown up and had become second in command, Archeus's dad left the Wanderers for a more stay at home life back in the Windswept Plateau. Archeus was sad that his dad had left, but he also knew he couldn't leave. This was his life and it made him so happy. But when his dad left, he finally remembered Vivian and how stupid he was to forget about her.

Becoming The Leader(3)

____Since he was second in command, when his dad left, Archeus became the leader. He was excited and distracted from his thinking about Vivian because it meant he chose where they went and what they studied. He got personal access to the secret library of the Wanderers that moves with them and is rarely in the same place twice, just like them. He was able to learn a ton of things and collect tons of data for the Wanderers. But whenever he had some time to himself, Vivian was all he could think of.

Life After Wanderism(4)

____Eventually, Archeus began to tire of continuously moving, and finally realized he was feeling homesick, and lovesick. There was a young dragon ready to take charge of the Wanderers and so Archeus left the care and leading of the Wanderers to him so he could go back home and see Vivian for the first time in years. A strange thing happened when he gave charge of the Wanderers to the young dragon though, the Library of the Wanderers stayed with him, so no matter where the Wanderers went, all of the information they collected would go straight to the Library and Archeus. He was now the Official Scribe of the Library. He had complete and total access to it and was in charge of taking care of the hundreds of scrolls inside. By this time, though, Archeus and the Wanderers were in the middle of an expedition in the Shifting Expanse. Using the magic of the Library, he found his way back to the Reedcleft Accent, and Vivian. A Wanderer's Tale
Archeus' wrote this one himself. It's about his journey through a life of Wanderism, all the hardships he faced in being the leader, and all the fun he had along the way.

I Sing A Song of Hope
A young girl looses her voice, only to be swept off her feet by a deaf boy named Camil. Throughout the book she learns that she doesn't need her voice to be heard.

We're Not Dead Yet
A story about a group of second children fighting the government to protect themselves and other second children. Their adventure includes more perils than joy, but in the end they pull through it all. (Vivian's personal favorite)

Star Wars
No matter what, Archeus always thought of how cool it would be to fight against a dictatorship to defend the Galaxy from the dark side of the force.
There have also been a few times he's tried force choking his siblings...
