Celeste | she/her | retired healer | elder
Celeste and Sunray traveled together for many years, until her own chronic illness forced her to find a place to stay permanently. The pair had heard of Sunbeam Grotto - or, more specifically, the unique healing magic imbued in the clan's very territory. Celeste understood she would have to let Sunray go so that he could continue his nomadic trade, and hid the ache in her heart the prospect carried from her mate.
Upon their arrival, both Sunray and Celeste felt a gentle uplift in their mood, energy, and comfort - and so, the decision was made quite easily. Sunray would join Celeste in establishing a permanent residence in Sunbeam Grotto, assisting other dragons who visited the clan for relief from pain, and he could even travel via Churnscar Wharf to assist other dragons in need. In her retirement, Celeste has found some very valuable friends among her clanmates and often volunteers at the library reading to hatchlings. She always seems to have her nose in a book...
