"Magic is only evil if its wielder is…unfortunately, I happen to be worse. I'm completely mad." Where magic is used for good deeds, it is also used for darker ones. Or so storytellers like to think. However, when looking at black and white, they've forgotten the gray in the between -- the realm of magic that Tezcatlipoca resides within. The realm where magic is used for neither good or evil. The realm of chaotic magic. Like the realm of chaotic magic, Tezcatlipoca was born neither here nor there. He'd simply appeared in the midst of a raging hurricane, magenta eyes glittering a queer amusement as he watched the winds tear through the landscape. The first few dragons who saw him trembled at the dark aura he radiated, and the first few enemies who were fool enough to prey upon him were never seen again. Tezcatlipoca is a highly intelligent Nocturne who could care less for the stability of the world around him. Natural disasters such as hurricanes and earthquakes only seem to amuse him, and his clanmates would mutter (never in his earshot) that he seemed to possess the ability to harness the power of those deadly storms. More than once, a hurricane had approached the clan just as a dragon was commenting on how wonderful the sunny day was. If that was Tezcatlipoca's idea of entertainment, his clanmates would rather think he enjoyed it. "Storms and chaos are beautiful," Tezcatlipoca can often be found murmuring, with a half-mad cackle. "There's beauty in the destruction of things, wouldn't you say?" War and strife is nothing uncommon in the land of dragons, and in battle Tezcatlipoca does not care who wins or loses, as long as blood is shed. He can often be found helping both sides during battles, summoning massive storms to pitch at both of them and speaking words that only provoked others into more aggression. It is said that Tezcatlipoca does this because he simply does not care who dies, but wiser dragons would murmur his actions are done because through divination, he already knows who will win. And, well, if nothing he does is going to change the future, he might as well have fun during the battle. During those occasions when Tezcatlipoca isn't out causing chaos, deepening rivalries, summoning storms, causing mischief and the likes, he can be found in an obscured corner of his den, stirring an ominous brew and muttering haunting chants under his breath, with that hint of crazed laughter in his tone that accompanies him wherever he goes. Tezcatlipoca never makes the same potion twice, especially if he considers them useless in the sense that they don't wreak havoc upon the world. Even if he wants to make the same potion twice, somehow they just never turn out the same, in the case of which he'll grudgingly slunk to his mate to retrieve the recipe.
