Sekalth is a talented chef, with an especially good touch on pasty. He runs the Monastic refectory with a firm hand; catering for an entire Monastery is no easy task, after all, and requires discipline in the kitchens. He's a dab hand with a wet kitchen cloth, and many a novice has found one snapped at their ear for misbehaving when they should be cooking. His dedication to his work pays off, though, in the quality of the food that goes out day after day. Never let it be said that a resident or guest of the Monastery was anything other than well fed!

His true joy in life is to see the happiness on other dragon's faces when they eat what he has made for them. He takes special pleasure in catering for visitors, as it often allows him to branch out into other cuisines in order to make them feel at home. "Nothing makes you feel more welcome than a bowl of your favourite food." has long been one of his catch phrases.

He does occasionally get annoyed by being asked for the same things over and over again, and those that work the kitchens with him have often heard him mutter "All these lovely pastries, and all they want is more herbal tea!".
