If there were no night, we would not appreciate the day, nor could we see the stars and the vastness of the heavens. We must partake of the bitter with the sweet. There is a divine purpose in the adversities we encounter every day. They prepare, they purge, they purify, and thus they bless.

The Night, a pure entity. The entity that has been forever and will be forever. One might confuse The Night with the Shade, or the Lightweaver, or Shadowbinder, but The Night is of his own entity. Here, he posesses a dragon of the Light and walks among dragons. He is of astounding purity. A being unknown to deity and dragon. You will not find The Night to be something to contend with. The Night embraces all and swaddles the world in his arms. He is of absolute divinity. How this entity came to become part of the Clan of Vendettas is still questionable. Some say he just, appeared one day. Others claim that he was always there. No one knows for sure. The Night is of absolute beauty. He seduces all creatures with his beauty and majesty. One of the dragons of the clan, Nuucea, has fallen in love with the entity and is often found at night looking up at the stars next to the beloved possessed imperial. No one has ever known the imperial to have his own personality-- some claim from the moment he was born, The Night took his body as his own. No one, not even the great Lightweaver knows the truth. One might expect this divine entity to disappear when day breaks, but alas, he stays around. The Night is one for both day and night, and he often refers to this strange happenstance as "My divinity knows no limits. What may appear to be bright and light filled here is true, but remember that I cradle the light, I cradle all." As far as everyone knows, The Night is without a heir. He does claim, however, that the stars are his children, and himself. The one thing that is known about the strange entity is that he refers to himself as male. He claims he was made of the hottest passions and the deepest love, and claims to be an essence of that and to share that with everyone. Young dragon who has stumbled upon this divinity, consider yourself blessed. And remember to Marry the Night. |
