GMX, the Clan's GateKeeper/Gate Master

GMX is, first and foremost, the creepiest dragon in the Clan personality-wise, and is definitely not the sort one would want babysitting hatchlings. Instead, he guards the only three entrances and exits to the Clan's living area, and keeps his den close to those points of entry, with tunnels connecting his living quarters to the entries and exits. Nobody enters or leaves without the GateKeeper's knowledge or consent, and he is not shy about using violence to enforce this rule. The Embers that follow him around seem to serve as additional eyes, as GMX appears to know everything that goes on in a room if he isn't there, but an Ember is. With this in mind, no one in the clan tries to prank him or sneak up on him.

GMX is actually the shorthand version of his full name, Gate Master X. What happened to the nine previous Gate Masters is unknown, and is probably best left uninvestigated.
