Not a prayer, but an invocation:

Witch works a different sort of craft than Skinless, or even Viridiana- where their talents lie in rituals and shamanic work, respectively, Witch works with runes. She's always scratching strange shapes onto the ground, or into what ever bit of shine she's got her claws on.
Witch's powers are subtle, but no less effective for it. If Targhia expects a fight with a rival clan, she'll send Witch on ahead to prepare- roots seem to reach to trip up enemies, weapon break, spells fail, morale falls, wounds refuse to clot.
She likes bone best for changing fortunes- though blood is stronger, bone lasts longer.
Twigs and vines bent to the proper shape are her favorite for ill-luck; more than one traveling merchant has found a twig-charm tucked among his wares after marking up his prices for a Plague clan.
She turns a tidy profit whenever the clan stops among any gathering of dragons, and she's making something of a name for herself in the wilds of the Contagion.
Tell her what you want a rune for, and she can craft it for you. Try to cheat her, and she'll craft it straight into your hide.
