Perhaps lesser evil when compared to the other Fiends, but Noetic shouldn't be mistaken for an innocent man, as he is far from it. He might stray from cutting throats himself, as he prefers to stay away from the dirty jobs. But Noetic is fine with supplying the Rogues the things they deed, specifically Valdracu. Whatever the spiral or someone else from their little merry group requests, Noetic goes to retrieve it - or at least find it. So someone else can go get their claws dirty.

Noetic is a skilled thief who knows how to disappear well into the nights of the Scarred Wasteland. He has several contacts all around the Sornieth who help him to find what he seeks, and Noetic of course returns to the favour too. As their merry gang isn't the only group that opposes the Guild. And they're eager to push sticks into the Guild's wagon wheels.

But in his free time, or when Noetic is just avoiding responsibility. He writes poetry, and good ones too. And he has been publishing his works under a pen name, and his books even made the way to the Guild's Library.
