Ruho is living proof that the dead will indeed rise again.

Diabhal found the Pearlcatcher while scavenging one evening. She was far from home, ill and weak. Concerned and understanding, Diabhal brought her back to the clan. By the time he arrived, however, it was too late. Her heart had stopped, and whatever ailment she had contracted began eating away at her flesh. Panicked, Diabhal summoned Poppy and Felicia, the clan necromancer and witch doctor. Working relentlessly, the pair was successful in not only bringing her back to the living, but reparing a majority of the damage to her body. However, the scars crackled across her wings and body are set there permanently, and she can no longer speak.

Forever indebted to the two strangers, Ruho decided to stay with the clan, where she plans to learn the ways of magic and healing.
