On the fourth day of travel, the clan began their trip across the oceanic expanse. How would Water dragons take to a small clan from Light? What challenges lay ahead? In silence, these thoughts occupied our band as water lapped their feet.

Suddenly, with a huge crash of waves, a gigantic Ridgeback rushed from the ocean. With a joyous cry she spun in the air before landing in front of the first members. "Man, y'all look a little far from home! What are you doing out here?"

After hearing the purpose of their journey, she stretched. "WHOO! Exciting! Well, I'm coming with ya! It'll be the perfect travel abroad experience Dragon College never gave me. Besides, I wanna help you on the Flight's behalf. I think you'll find Water dragons as kind and helpful as there ever was!"

Status: TRAVELING.

Their hoard has been gathered or given away. Their lair is empty. Some wish to stay in Light, but they will travel with the others, at least to the waters' edge.

It is a week's journey or more, but every adult is filled with spirit and each hatchling is old enough to travel. Already, they wonder who they will meet..who will join them....and who will part from them.

The morning is fresh and new.

The clan's Scavengers have been exploring, traveling in wider and wider circles. Their journeys have taken them to the Water's edge. They fish through the muck, finding bones and small treasures, until one of them looks up and sees a distinctive Egg bobbing.

It's Wind; the green coils hugging its shell say as much. Our Light scavengers look across the great body of Water; a sweet-smelling breeze ruffles their manes.

Whose egg could this be? Should they bring it home?

Nayata and Afham found each other in the wastes, running from what horrors their past carried. They swore to love each other and be dedicated to the happiness and comfort of the other, and from that love a clan grew. Dragons far and wide, whenever they came their way, settled. One family became multiple. One warrior trained many. Stories grew, and were told. Many dragons have dubious backgrounds, and seem out of place, but somehow they still find the little Light clan. And somehow, they always stay.
