Clan Lore Shortened
Fulgur Isle, a storm-battered land off the southeastern coast of the Shifting Expanse, was an unclaimed territory with shocking amounts of foliage and creatures who called the isle home. A colony of defected Fathoms lived within deep sea caves below the island, hiding from Sornieth and the shame of not joining the Odyssey. Over generations, the shame of their defection faded, and curiosity about the surface world drew them back into contact with other species. Their reemergence marked the beginning of a new era for the island, as other dragons from all of Sornieth flocked to Fulgur Isle to establish a vibrant community. This transformation saw the rise of the Isle's first settlement and birth of important figures which required a leader. The Voltus, the island's de facto leader, was put into power, but soon transformed into the council and peaceful lands Fulgur Isle is today.
