What's up nerds? I'm Mars (or RoarofTime, or Marth, your choice), your garden-variety weirdo. I'm into videogames, cartoons/anime, and music things. Do not engage in conversation with me unless you are fully prepared for me to find some sort of way to link it to Fire Emblem, because let me tell you, hyperfixating on the same franchise for 3 years gives me a lot to talk about, and it doesn't help that 80% of [whatever the memory part of your brian is] is dedicated to storing the entire contents of the fandom wiki for Fire Emblem.

So, I have interests. The only things I actively keep up with nowadays are RWBY, whatever's going on with the Danny Phandom, Hollow Knight (Silksong when?), and of course, Fire Emblem. I used to be a pretty avid anime fan but I've probably only watched about 3 new anime in the past 2 or 3 years. Anyway if you like heist anime please watch Great Pretender. Please watch it. It's so good. Watch Great Pretender. Do it. Well, ok maybe don't it has some heavy stuff in it but listen, it's really good.

You can probably tell from my username that I am (was?) a dedicated Pokemon fan. I unfortunately have not picked one up since the release of Fire Emblem: Three Houses. I didn't even get SwSh.

That's enough about things not related to fantasy pixel dragons.
I'm trying to gene my progens. I am actually capable of making more progress but I probably won't because after hitting the 100k mark in treasure and keeping it there for well over a month I am now stingy! All I need is lionfish for my random, and trail and ringlets for my custom, so if anyone wants to gift me that so I can keep sitting on a pile of meaningless virtual currency, be my guest. :)

Lore "overhaul": I am quite horrible at balancing the serious and the meme, so I am genuinely not sure if past me intended my clan lore to be a serious endeavor or really just a ridiculously elaborate explanation as to why I have hundreds of mammertee plushies sitting in my vault.
The idea is that my clan is actually a flying city called Tradewinds that's made of platforms and drifts wherever the wind takes it. It has a group of... interesting inhabitants; everyone from the dragons of the Council to the city's cartographer have their quirks (and secrets), and every one of them is needed in some capacity to keep the city afloat.
I'm actually probably going to reform my lair to fit the view I have of it now after leaving FR for a few months.

At any rate, I'm genuinely impressed that I was active with no hiatuses for 2 whole years before dipping, and even now I'm back (arguably), though I don't think I'll post on the forums nearly as much as I did in the height of my time on FR (I haven't at all since uh. 2019?). Even accounting for the hiatus, I guess when I said "at this rate I'll never leave" I was kinda right.

Throwback to the one and only time I have ever willingly done math: in the 64th game of the (now closed) Fandom Hunger Games, I calculated the probability of a Fire Emblem character winning. They were at a fat 16% chance.
