Oh, so you did know all along! Sorry for doubting you, that's really cool! I didn't know there were prequels to the avatar series now, I kind of lost interest with Legend of Korra. Is it as good as the original Last Airbender series? I really liked Avatar, and was sad with where it went.

Footrot flats is a New Zealand comic about life on Wal Footrot's fictional farm, told by his sheepdog "Dog". It's hard to do it justice in a blurb -maybe I can give you a sense of it if I tell you that the main antagonists are the farm goose and Wal's footy rival, and his best mate's kitchen table is half way up a Puriri tree pushing it's way up through the floorboards because he's too much a softy to chop it down? It's about the charming goings-on of some very exaggerated kiwi stereotypes.

:) All good. It's the Maori word for sky,an abbreviation of the Sky God's name. Variants of it are fairly common throughout the Pacific (e.g langi in Samoan). It's also the name of one of my favourite Footrot Flats characters. Pretty obscure :). What were you thinking of?
