Clan of the Bamboo Tower

Climbing the terraces of the Zephyr Steppes, you see a tower made of lashed bamboo stabbing the sky. As you walk closer, the form of a tiny green fae dragon sits at the very peak. He notices you and begins to glide down.
Before the two of you meet, you are accosted by a dragon, her crimson body and emerald wings blocking any view of the fae. "What do you want?" she snarls.
The fae lands between the two of you. "I'm sure they were just visiting, Oreo," the fae placates. The fae turns back to you. "I am Jojen," he says. "How can I help you?"
The Clan of the Bamboo Tower is named for the most striking aspect of their lair. A tower made of lashed bamboo stands in the center of their scrape. Originally built by Chip, on of the Clan progenitors, each member has added onto the tower.
Even after most of the lair felt called to serve the Windsinger the few members left kept it as a symbol for their remembrance of the founders.
The top of the tower has an open-air platform where Jojen, the current leader of Bamboo Tower, can do his observations of the area's innate magic. If it also happened to be constructed well enough to support the weight of Jojen's best friend, well, that's another story.
If you see a dragon you like and it doesn't have a familiar, it is going to eventually be auctioned or exalted. Make an offer.
