Nestled in the Starwood Strand is the Midnight Court. Odd occurrences are all too common. Sometimes your neighbor is a computer virus that took the form of a dragon.

All were welcome as long as they swear to hold up the three pillars of the court: to honor thy ancestors, follow their hearts, and live to the fullest.
On occasion, large gatherings will be held under the stars. Into the early hours of the morning, dragons will gather to share tales, treasure, and come together as a community.

Dragons who wish to leave dragons can enter a peculiar portal. It peers within their heart and sends them where they desire. Sometimes the transition takes a hefty amount of time. To help them feel safe, Valentine has sworn to stay in the portal. He plays card games with the dragons while they ponder where to go. The longer he spends the less he resembles the dragon he once was. The local mages hope to find a way to combat the negative effects of the void.
