Sevvyhonda's Clan

Long ago, there lived a clan of beings born from earth and clay. These beings paid tribute to the stars, knowing from experience that if they flew too high they would suffocate in the atmosphere. Thus, they laid in wait for the stars to come to them.

This clan had different methods of reaching the stars. Some days it seemed as though each dragon had their own way.

There were those who studied the stars, arming themselves with knowledge and building anything they could think of to soar among them.

There were those who worshipped from afar, studying the texts of the stars left over from their ancestors. Writing books, making art, and developing a culture among themselves.

And there were those that went missing. The logic-born claim they were simply lost in the wilderness, or had run away. But those who believe with their hearts and souls in the power of the cosmos claim that the lost are those who made it off-planet.

We may never know who had it right.
