This clan is filled with outcasts from every legion, no dragon is refused to join as long as they are willing to serve. We were taken in by the glorious plagebringer, who gave us a home and a chance to repay her dear kindness. We spread her disease and send dragons to work for the greater good.

so overall, im not sure about them being more rare than other genes, but theres a less chance of breeding your own circuit dragon unless you are breeding two dragons with that gene. sorry if this all seemed jumbled and confusing, im trying to explain a lot

sorry for the late reply! i wouldn't say circuit patterns are harder to find than other tertiary genes, but they do cost more and have a less chance of showing up through breeding (ex: if you are breeding a circuit x gembond pair, more gembonds will show)
