Nestled behind the raging Plateau winds is a haven, a secluded paradise that rests within the eye of a furious storm. It is a sanctuary for the shattered, a second chance for those who the world scorns. It quickly becomes clear that, beyond a mail post, The Scarlet Circle is also Achlys' home of outcasts.

When you stumbled upon this place your bones were aching, your wings feeling weak like paper as you finally freed them from the harsh winds. Maybe you had heard of this place. Maybe you weren't even looking for it, some arrive that way. No matter how you came to be here, nobody paid you any hostility. Despite their diverse, wild, and possibly immoral backgrounds, everyone was an equal here, and you would be granted a warm welcome. Among the buzzing crowd you hear a faint greeting.
