You're totally right, that's Grunkle Stan! It's just that everyone is temporarily named after what they are on the Zodiac until I finally get Dipper in my lair. I'm waiting to try and get him and Mabel on August 31st! (Also Bipper = RNG trolling me.)
Haha you were spot on about Astarael!!! Most of those babs she has were from her former owner but in my lore she serves as a broodmother, watching over the nests and taking care of hatchlings.
