You glimpse a large butterfly - it is a dragon!
Grasswhistle is a small clan gaining a name for itself as a hub of adventurers and gossips. At any given time the small city is host to a menagerie of social events for local and foreign gentility alike.
The current propriety of the clan comes as a shock to older dragons, who knew Grasswhistle through the infamous ruthlessness of leaders Sollie and Monarch. In the old days, the clan wrested land from local wind groups through bloodshed and war. The group -only a dozen or so dragons back then - eventually became so bedeviled by neighboring clans that their claims for territory were no longer disputed and they were allowed to settle in the Millmeadows.
Now the former warlords mingle in Wind high society, navigating politics and trade to keep the clan afloat. Caring and cunning aides alike seek to manipulate Sollie and Monarch towards their own goals, moving the needle ever towards a schism within the clan...
