The lair is a center for research, study, education, and creation. Though it is also a home that many dragons come and go from.
It is a place that dragons who wish to use our resources and continue their research and chosen path choose to take residency in.
The dragons of this lair have their own stories and their own reason for being with us.

Within our land is a main cave that has many rooms and pathways. It is very easy to get lost in the main lair. There are also large metal cabins scattered outside the lair that serve as research labs that we decided would do best outside. Many research labs are also located in our main lair, and there are even lost abandoned labs that are occasionally stumbled upon.

Dragons choose whether to sleep outside or in one of the empty cave rooms. Many prefer to sleep in group piles with dragons they have grown bonds with.

Some of our dragons work for the lair by doing maintenance jobs like tending to the gardens, caring for the livestock, scavenging, and hunting.

Instead of a system where one dragon or more dragons are given power over others, the lair works by group decisions made by dragons that have declared themselves part of the lair. Disagreements are worked out, and violence is not permitted. Rules are upheld and enforced by everyone in the lair. At least, that is what the representative council preaches.

Flight representatives represent the lair's diversity, though there is rumors floating around that they secretly run the lair in the background.
