The land feels as though it is eternal night. Only dragons able to deal with darkness find comfort here and live with the Moonshade Artisans.

The Moonshade Artisans confuse other clans when it comes to ranking. Why? Simply because there isn't a certain way of going about picking the leader. The "ruler" changes from day to day. If there happens to be a conflict happening that affects the wellbeing of the clan, all dragons who took charge 1-2 weeks before, work synonymously until the issue is resolved.

Some dragons of the Moonshade Artisans leave to take care of a relative clan, some taking up permanent residence there to take care of the newer clan. The Moonshade Artisans expect no returning gifts or family as they have plenty for themselves. Their brother clan - as they call it - happens to have more problem dragons than they want in the clan.

The Moonshade Artisans don't seem to care where allied groups of dragons come from, so long as they're friendly and don't try to enforce their rules on them. They Moonshade Artisans have made friends with an arcane clan of no specified group name and the light clan of Aydrameda's Vanguard

The Dragons of Aydrameda's Vanguard have sent an ambassador, who is treated almost like royalty. Euphemia gets the sunnier spots in the homelands since she is of the Light Clan unlike the base that is of the Darkness. She still is not comfortable in Moonshade Forge. Her scales don't shine and blind others like they did when she was new to the Artisans.
In return, the Moonshade Artisans sent their own ambassador to the homeland of Euphemia. Alizee had left to be the ambassador at a young age, never really knowing his parents before switching places with Euphemia.
