In the middle of a field of green, you find a rock. Not just any old rock but a sleeping rock. Poking this rock with a stick reveals it to be a dragon. Its the last thing you ever do....
The rock rolls over, grabs you around the waist, snuggles you into its chest and falls back to sleep... Your last thoughts are of how nice the soil beneath you smells and how warm they are for a cold blooded creature. You become one with nature again.
This is the clan of the Ashenweir. Beware the furballs...
The Ashenweir is a small area of forest near a running icy stream where towering Birch and Conifer trees grow in groves. This land burned down to nothing in a fire caused by a lightning strike and the surrounding world then turned to ash. From this ash grew a band of hardy, self sufficient dragons that called themselves the Ashenweir Clan.....
