✤ The Village ✤

A primitive village resides somewhere deep in the backwaters of Sornieth.
At first glance, this sleepy town may seem to be a good place for a wandering traveler to rest, but the more friendly villagers will disagree.

Not everyone is who they claim to be...

Every night,
in the very instant the sun is gone from the sky and the moon arises,
Dragonborn becomes mankind and vice versa.

.......Two parallel worlds, connected at the Heart, flip nightly in less than a second. In the village populated by dragons, the unknowing villagers become human for the night. All memories are replaced with the human worlds' version, where much the same is taking place.
While this strange phenomena affects every village member, any non-native creature remains the same. This can be a horrible realization for any trapped tourist or passer-by who happened to be stuck here for the night. Both worlds consider the other to be some horrible curse on themselves, seen only in rare instances when a non-native enters during the night, or if some piece of furniture does not change dimensions properly, or a sign does not automatically translate from English to Dragonian.

Every morning,
when the moon rests under the horizon, and the sun casts it's first light,
Mankind becomes Dragonborn and vice versa.
