I resell/exalt dragons. If for some reason you have an issue with that, and I haven't already committed work to a dragon, I'm more than happy to resell back to you for what I bought the dragon for.
I won't buy a dragon from Ice-sales only unless I plan to keep it. You may however do what you want with the ones I put into Ice-only.
