Clan Novalis

A collection of dragons and homes, gathered by accident and who have chosen to stay. Often, travelers use it as a rest stop or waypoint on their journeys, though some nomads choose to make their tie to this place more constant by setting up a den. Some stay during certain seasons, some for only days, and some until they die. The clan itself, of course, rarely if ever moves about...

Those who live here, for however long or short a time, are expected to contribute to help look after the clan, whether that be in the context of supply runs, guarding the borders, or otherwise lending a hand where a hand is asked for. They often do trade with other clans of both dragon and beast, should their outreach be accepted. The travelers among the clan oft act as unofficial/unintentional ambassadors to those further beyond the territory borders.

Few residents are permanent, even if many have remained for months or years. In the end, Novalis is just another little stop on a very big map.
