Deep in the heart of the Viridian Labyrinth, within the spread of the roots of the Behemoth, the woods are deep and filled with powerful magic. Beings and phenomena seen nowhere else in Sorineth thrive in the abundant life that fills the air here.

Spirits and Faeries in the form of dragons, beasts, and trees alike live here, cut off from the rest of the world. It is said to be one of the most beautiful places in all of Sorineth, but also one of the most dangerous. Any clan that chooses to make their home here must be prepared to deal with terrors and wonders beyond imagining.

Clan Mimsy, a clan of misfits and outcasts who cobbled together some sort of bond underneath the whimsical optimism of Serenia the Fae and the steadfast loyalty and big heart of Jin the Guardian, live in the middle of the magical forest, in an area they've dubbed "The Borogrove". It started as a cave, dug underneath a large, ancient tree with branches that spiral up into the heavens, and since has spread into not only an entire network of tunnels making up an underground labyrinth, but also a village amongst the branches of the tree itself, as well as all the land beneath the spread of its branches with gardens and orchards and fields.

Clan Mimsy embraces the weird and wonderful, as a kingdom of Faerie dragons (the Seelie Court) and a number of tree spirits have allied themselves with them. Even so, it takes all their cunning and vigilance to live here, where evil things thrive as as well as good...

Beyond the edges of the continent, beyond any deity's reach, in lands of wild magic or no magic and on the untamed seas...these are places most dragons dare not go. Flying above the sea is perilous, for islands are few and far between, and it is easy to lose sight of all land unless one knows how to read a map in the stars.

But there are a few brave souls who venture out to explore, each for their own reasons. Ships sail under the flag of their deity...or perhaps under their very own flag. One such ship is the pirate vessel known as The Queen of Hearts. The dragons who join this crew are loyal to no one but their captain. No deity means much to them; they are usually out of reach of their magic, anyway. There is knowledge and treasure and things both weird and wonderful just waiting for the brave to discover them, and Captain Stern and his crew are ready!

A lot of my main clan lore, especially the dragons on pages 2 and 3, borrow heavily from an old RP site I used to be on which was in turn loosely based on Alice in Wonderland. The creator of said site, who came up with most of the lore, is totally cool with my homage to it.
