I started a dragon lair in the woods..
I had not quite understood the implications of Intelligent, Social, Dragons...
First dragon, and *Matriarch*, is a large, Bossy, Guardian female,(Glas), and she is *Definitely* In Charge.
(though each breed seems to have its own 'leaders')

The Fae are already deep in politics.

- By this point, Most of my dragons are 'overdressed'..(I love playing 'paper dolls')
Apparel has become an addiction,almost as much as breeding pretty dragons.

I have divided the lair into "Clans"
by 'tertary tones, or *Smoke*',(*)-'White'-'Colored',-'Gold',and 'Green' -(Which are each of several shades,and may have subgroups/tribes--called 'Septs' within them)
-Colored may mix (with Caution) with 'Green', 'White' or 'Gold', but gold and white should not. For the sake of avoiding 'red smoke'.

(*)though Glimmer seems to be taking over.
.. ( Any dragons with *Glimmer!* in their information, got the Gene the *Expensive* way..)

I have noticed that most of our high-level fighters are female... No, I do not know why . ..(something about providing food, perhaps )..

. . (I understand why so many are Nocturnes. With uncertain footing in many coliseum venues, fighters most comfortable in the air have an advantage.) . .

I have Pretty Nocturnes! (new breed for me)
Come see! reds and browns, I really Do love them, brown is spreading into other breeds...

****So, six months into this game, I went on a
*Celebratory Spending Spree*!
... Glas and Gen got new genes! ( So did a few others..)
I got *More* Nocturnes!--
And, *Fire-Fae!* (and other *Fire Dragons* )
Once again I have "No Room in the lair!"

Now I have several pairs...Must exalt dragons to make room for more.
( Eventually, I think I would like them all to be Nature flight, but That will mean parting with old friends, so it is happening only Slowly . . )

And now, ***Shadow-Dragons***- (Blacks-to-purples, with purple range tertiary)
- - they have Been here Almost from the Beginning, (Mardil, Morchaint, Shy,) but I never knew they were a 'Thing'--till a smart-mouthed Fae told me so...Oy!
