So I've been playing Jigsaw a lot recently and encountered a rather major issue. Nearly every time I choose Normal or Hard mode, I am unable to actually finish the puzzle - after approx. 15-20 minutes of playtime, everything suddenly resets to the main menu and all progress is lost. It's really not fun at all. :[
Has anybody else come across a similiar problem?

Can I get some more information, browser, OS, platform, etc.?

Firefox, Windows 7. I could try playing on Chrome and see if it's just the browser or something related to the flash itself?

If you like, but the games should work on any browser. Resetting to the title screen is mostly indicative of network issues, but I figured I'd ask for some specifics in any case. Anything you can tell me in that regard? How is your network set up?

Having the same issue here. Both on normal and hard mode, the puzzle crashes just before completion (I've been 1-2 pieces away from the end each time). On a wireless connection, playing in Chrome, Windows 7.

Having the same issue here as well. I was doing a couple Jigsaws on easy and after 3 or so they started to reset. Though it takes me about 4-5 minutes to complete one, it was impossible to do so with the puzzles resetting after a couple seconds/minute. -_- (for the record, I doubt that the problem is with my internet, since we have fiber cable here and never had any issues whatsoever)

I've also had this problem. I was about a quarter through a hard puzzle, when suddenly the puzzle reset and the loading screen popped back up...

I'm using Chrome on a Windows XP.

@Cru & @Wish - This problem is likely related to a game server crash that happened just now. I've put Jigsaw into maintenance mode for the time being. You can still play, but I can't promise it'll be totally stable. Sorry!

Runestones on the other hand is 100% safe.
