The skins should display under the "skins" tab of the auction house (a tab to the right.)

Removing a gene simply removes it from the genetics of your dragon. It doesn't generate an item for you.

Did you check in the "Other" tab of your hoard? That's where apparel sets go. You have to open it before the pieces show up in your apparel tab.

Like Thebazilly said, bundle packs are chest items, so they appear in your Other tab. Judging from your avatar, it looks like you got it!

I've activated the text portion of the referral bonus but I'm in the middle of allowing it to send gems. Sorry for the delay, but with the involvement of real money I am taking my time to make sure my alterations have no affect on purchases. Referral bonuses will be working shortly. I see your dragons are level 5 -- are you, by chance, fighting in an area that has much lower level monsters than that? If so, victory chains will not apply. You would need to be fighting enemies within about 3 levels of you to accumulate chains.

@Dawn is correct in this regard -- you must earn 100,000 treasure by in-game means before that achievement is awarded. Moving to Help Center.

We had an outage of our game server earlier -- while we backtrace our steps and try to figure out what took 'em down, I have brought both Fairgrounds and Coliseum back online. If possible, please try to keep these types of threads centralized to one major one (look for the one with the most posts, or for one with a [T] in front of the subject) so that we can avoid forum bloat.

Thanks for bearing with us, folks! Looks like the game server might need a restart. Our programmers are both passed out from launch, but when they wake up I expect the games will be back online. Thank you for your patience during our somewhat rocky launch week.
