Removing a gene simply removes it from the genetics of your dragon. It doesn't generate an item for you.

Did you check in the "Other" tab of your hoard? That's where apparel sets go. You have to open it before the pieces show up in your apparel tab.

Like Thebazilly said, bundle packs are chest items, so they appear in your Other tab. Judging from your avatar, it looks like you got it!

I see your dragons are level 5 -- are you, by chance, fighting in an area that has much lower level monsters than that? If so, victory chains will not apply. You would need to be fighting enemies within about 3 levels of you to accumulate chains.

I've added another modal to clarify when you've already successfully registered since this has become an epidemic. This does not appear to be a bug, but rather the result of re-submission.
