For those of you still struggling connect, please provide us with the following information:

• Device (PC, Mac, Smartphone Model, Tablet Model, etc.)
• Browser (include version # - usually found in the browser's Help menu under "about")
• Internet Service Provider
• Browser Add-Ons / Extensions
• The very first recollection / date you noticed this starting (try to come close)
• Does the issue persist if you clear you browser's cache? (Instructions Here)
• Does the issue persist if you try a different browser altogether? If so, which browser allowed you to convert?
• If you have gotten food to convert properly, what do you remember about the situation that may have been different?
• Are any other site functions giving you issues in addition to food conversion, and if so, did they start around the same time?

edit: We are aware that school/work connections and machines with Trend MicroVirus can and do have problems with connecting to Fairgrounds and Coliseum. We are looking into this.

@SumTing, the only way is through Contact Us. Due to the nature of your request, this cannot be discussed on the forums. Your request has been received and forwarded to the appropriate parties but they have a number of tickets to work through. I apologize for the delay.

I don't think we will be banning the entire google play store, but I'll see what we can do to try and target this one specifically.

We do want legitimate advertisers on FR. Just nothing in poor taste, that causes pop ups, that plays sound without prompting, or that causes browser issues. I feel blocking the entire google play store may be blocking a lot of legitimate advertisers.

@bluetrillium I put buzzya on our blacklist to cover all our bases, but I'm not sure that we actually served that ad. When I was researching it to find a url, it's bloatware/malware tied to installing certain applications from the web that have extras attached to them. I would suggest running a virus scan to be safe, as it may have been generated from your computer.

@Khalerys Delivery67 is now blacklisted.

@Ruthlesscata Without an exact landing page its difficult to know if I got it, but I blackslisted cleanmasterapp . Hopefully that'll take care of it!

Training Grounds Opponents
Green juveniles in need of experience and dragons who don't like a fair fight may encounter two cute and cuddly new opponents in The Training Grounds of the Coliseum. Sparrowmice are now appearing!


Coliseum Loot Changes
In our ongoing work to balance out the spread of loot and food that can be found in the Coliseum, many monsters across several venues have had loot adjustments in the form of drop rate changes and many new items! Below are some of the items that are now found on defeated enemies:



Coliseum Skins: Bamboo Falls
The monsters of Bamboo Falls are now very rarely dropping falls-themed skins. Unlike our holiday skins -which have remain in the coliseum for only a week- these drops are going to remain in the coliseum for the long-haul. Good luck collecting them! Additional Updates & Changes

• The Aqua Birdskull Wingpiece is now displaying correctly.
• Shock Switch has had its payout increased.

@Seacrest I tried blocking na.wargaming.net just now. That means that the ad website, the redirect page, and the final destination have all been blocked. I don't know what else I can block at this point, haha >> Thank you for your report!

ads5.com has been domain blocked.

Reallyfunnapps was previously blocked, but I don't think that's the landing page. That seems to be the page that displays the ad, then there's a landing page that flashes by in a fraction of a second, then the website it wants you to be at.

I was able to screencap and domain block ad2games.com, which I believe is the landing page and the actual url that needs to be blocked. Hopefully that resolves the issue. I apologize that you got hit again after turning off your adblock. Your report is helping though. I hope this one nips it in the bud!

I'm noticing a trend among everyone that is having an issue, and that seems to be wireless university-provided internet. Thank you to everyone who has been providing information.

The dragons didn't actually take the item with them. You can't exalt dragons that have apparel equipped. However an image that didn't regenerate properly when apparel was removed can still be exalted, because the dragon doesn't technically have the apparel anymore.

Exalted dragons cannot be regenerated, so they're likely to be glitched forever with our current system.

@Arkneos, You're the Best Around (nothing's ever gonna keep you down) is a moving achievement that only one player can have a time. It is rewarded to players who we feel have done something awesome for the community or the well-being of the site.

@Hitokage, correct, an Awakened Familiar only rewards a Gilded Chest once. After that they reward 50t a day when you bond with them.

There have been some suggestions in Suggestions about tweaking the Familiar rewards if you have any ideas to share on what you'd like to see.

Looks like three Flights working on Dominance gets us close to 100,000 dragons being Exalted.

How many Flights would it take to reach 100,000 dragons Exalted? Or over 100,000 dragons?

I don't know what to say about the world of tanks ads. I domain blocked 5 world of tanks urls on both our ad networks, and manually blocked any stray ads I could find using the advertiser tools. I've put in a second voice mail with customer support and e-mailed them again.

@BotanyBlack, this is the latest from Undel on the physical KickStarter items.

More league of angels ads banned, as well as several shady looking "download video codec/converter/driver/media" type ads.

I also tried messing with our ad permissions, turning off additional styles of ad in case these are somehow our problematic ones.

Some of the ads that have been reported I just can't find, so I'm having difficulty putting them in our blacklist.

The 1 gem birdskull was an error. These items should all be removed and everyone who purchased them refunded. Our apologies for the mix-up

They're now reintroduced as they should have been - treasure items, obtainable from chests, marketplace, and pinkerton.
