The residents here are the "astrology weirdo that has everyone's birth chart memorized" dragons. Home to a lot of psychics, clairvoyants, etc. All of them believe in at least one of those. Usually like to stay home, and a lot of them are bookworms.
The Platinum Aisles are actually very pretty though. They're 16 separate islands all built on platinum mines, which were platinum hotspots during The Second Age of Sornieth.
