A nudging feeling... And eyes burning into him. Krait's eyes opened, and he peered out into the world of sand and a setting sun. He was not used to this. He only ever woke at sunrise.
A face, that of a wild beast peered out at him. He jumped up and uttered a hoarse growl, perched on his hind legs and wings spread out to appear larger and more intimidating, until he took the rest of the form beneath him into consideration.
A Mirror's body, and a simple skin draped atop her head in some form of headdress. He was looking at a fellow dragon. He slowly fell back down onto all fours, but kept his wings spread, a defensive but not aggressive pose.
He stared at the smaller female, wanting her to speak first.

(So are Minx, Ness and Eaol in a different place than Rohan, Nova and Krait? And are we going to use turns to avoid posting at the same time, at least then if all the dergs are going to get together at some point? I'd guess we all live in different time zones and on weekdays I can post maybe twice a day, so it would be nice if I wouldn't have to read through twenty messages when Ii come online XD)

Nesaia tilted her head a little as she surveyed the dragon before her. She was ready to fly in defense of young Eaol if the situation called for it in but an eyeblink. The young tundra was her world. She had lost her younger sister along with her whole clan. She couldn't imagine losing him too. But as she watched, this dragon didn't seem to be hostile towards either of them. On the contrary, he seemed afraid... she didn't understand this, but she wouldn't fly away either. She heard his word and was fairly certain as to what it was. Yet as he came forth from the cave, she noted he was a Coatl dragon. She had met a few of them but even though Sairia, the matron of her clan welcomed all, only a small handful chose to make their home with her clan. And even then they usually kept to themselves. Not that Nessie didn't make an effort to connect with them... But now here was another one! She tilted her head a bit. "Are you alone?" She couldn't fathom that he might not understand her so of course she would keep talking to him. Looking back she saw Eaol hanging back. "Eaol you great fuzzball, get over here!" She called out looking over her shoulder at the small tundra. He didn't argue and tentatively padded over stand next to Nesaia trying to make himself puff out and look a bit bigger than he was. But for now said nothing.

(Edit:. Ack I am so sorry! Yes I think they are somewhat apart but not far. Nesaia heard Rohan running and she found Minx instead! I will chill out. Just so excited! Just let know who to go after and I will stick to that! I prefer turn based too! I just have a bit of time right now but I will hold off! Sorry again guys! @Omegajupiter @rinnabear @poodragon)

((Maybe we should just keep a limit on how many responses there should be before we have to stop and wait for someone? Like maybe Wolf hasn't responded in five posts, so we just wait for them?))

The wildclaw tensed his muscles as the imperial suddenly jumped up and spread its wings. His left arm stretched for the cleaver just in case, but as he noticed that the big feathery beast was just surprised about the mirror dragon, he let his claws only brush the tip of the hilt. False alarm.
For a second he let his red eyes scan the situation a bit more, and that was when his ears picked multiple voices behind him in the distance. He glanced quickly over his shoulder, but as he saw nothing, he decided to do the thing that was against his nature the most and approach the imperial and the mirror. Possible companions in times like these were a rare luxury and shouldn't be overlooked.
Rohan tried not to approach them too threateningly, which it sure could seem because of his spiky armour, bloodied bandages and hood, not forgetting the dirty cleaver hanging on his side.

Edit: Rinnabear, that's a good idea! Maybe five is good?

"Oh, so you're one of those." He said the statement simply, like it wasn't supposed to be vaguely insulting. He never did like loners.
"My entire clan disappeared, and I haven't seen another living soul in a week. Just bodies." He wrinkled his face, either with disgust or fear. It was gone after a moment, but one could still see the hurt in his eyes. The poor fates of others had obviously bothered him.
"Surely you've noticed something? Have you even seen anyone coming through here in the past few days?"
Movement caught the corner of his eye, and he spotted a Wildclaw stalking toward them, not in an aggressive manner, but still a threat, as he was openly armed with a large cleaver.
Krait flared his wings more, but made no move to cause any harm. If these two were together, he could be in serious trouble.
