Oh my gosh, this is incredibly generous, thank you!! I'm not sure if you have a limit on dragons- if you do, feel free to ask me only to pick some of these!
(Also, it is alright if I have any apparel/skins they have, too?)
All of them would have a place in the Eye, a lore clan of mine, set in Plague territory. They're extreme, even for plague dragons- they claim they've been given a holy task from the Plaguebringer herself to create a weapon capable of destroying anything in it's path. In truth, they're gathering the strongest Imperials they can, to attempt to make an eleven-headed Emperor.
Ghost, a fairly highly ranked member in the Eye. Unlike most of her peers, she's lucid enough to know what she's doing, and kind enough to hate it. She's not plague-born, so she doesn't have the blood loyalty the others do- but plague has been her home for so long that she feels like she owes the Plaguebringer. The problem is, she can't speak to her like a plague dragon might be able to. She trusts the other members of the eye when they say what they're doing is what the Plaguebringer wants, but she has no way of being sure, and she's starting to have doubts.
Not really part of the Eye itself, but he carries messages between the Eye and other clans. He's pretty much the only person willing to do so- not a lot of dragons want to go near them. Imperials aren't the only dragons they'll kill in pursuit of their goals, but he feels pretty comfortable in his position as their only way of getting news. The other member of the Eye know it too, and it infuriates them to no end.
Angel- Another dragon on the periphery of the Eye, and the main reason that the pearlcatcher guy above hasn't gone insane yet. She's a grim reaper of sorts for the Eye- she disposes of anything they'd rather not deal with, and performs funeral rites for each of them. She's incredibly knowledgeable in it, and treats her job with great respect- she tries to give every dragon she can the proper rites for their species and element. She's constantly grieving over not being able to give the Imperials the same respect. She's also quite close with the pearlcatcher guy above (Haven't decided on a name yet) and they often lean on each other for support.
Drum- A rather young dragon of the Eye, who hasn't quite realised what she's doing. She's incredibly enthusiastic- a model member, constantly acting as a mouthpiece for Elizabeth and the other leaders of the Eye. She often tries to bring other dragons into the clan, but doesn't notice when she doesn't ever see most of them again. Most of the other members of the Eye either adore her, for being so useful, or despise her, for being responsible for so many deaths.
Elizabeth- A very, very sinister dragon. Unlike most of the dragons above, she both knows exactly what she's doing, and feels no guilt for it. She truly believes that the territories of the other deities have grown complacent with the recent peace, and sees it as only natural that a stronger flight should start moving in instead. She may not be plague-born, but she is an ice dragon, and that makes her practical to the extreme. She's the kind of dragon to act incredibly sweet until she decides to become violent, at which point it's too late to back out.
Dissociative- An extremely troubled soul. As her name suggests, she struggles to comprehend the true nature of the Eye's goals, and often forgets what she's doing every time she starts thinking too much about it. Elizabeth realizes this, and manipulates her heavily, treating her like a daughter to soothe her doubts about staying. However, she's slowly starting to get more knowledge due to Angel and pearlcatcher dude's (I really need to think of a name for him) guidance, and in turn she's trying to help pull Ghost out of it. Misha, one of my other dragons in the Eye, is meant to be keeping a close eye on her and alerting Elizabeth about things like this, but he keeps silent, for now. He's starting to have doubts as well.
