I haven't seen the broken penny jar in swipp's for a while now. About a week did i miss it? Or has it stopped appearing?

Yeah, it's been a little while since broken penny jars were offered. I doubt they have been stopped or removed from the feature, though.
As far as I know, Swipp is random. The more items that can be crafted at his stand, the less likely each one will happen as often. It's just a waiting game. They'll pop up again at some point. ^^

Yeah I've been waiting for them as well (onto my third stack of broken bottles...), I think it's just the RNG being inconvenient.

I had the same problem with the golden chest option. I had the materials to make one for what seemed like ages and it never came up. Just be patient and check often. But yeah I agree, the pennies haven't come up in awhile.
I saw tons of Raven-like familiars being offered. And moths.
And bandanas.
Why no bottles? ;^; I have over 100 of those things cluttering my hoard.

That is an insane amount. I trade mine whenever I see Swipp's deal. That was about two weeks worth from gathering and tidbit from colisseum XD
