Out of curiosity, how would you value a plague egg in terms of items? I have a variety of what you're looking for, but most wouldn't be in full stacks.

An unhatched plague egg is 279500 treasure for the lowest priced one
For an item swap on it I’d value about uhhhh let’s see maybe
(I’m not good at this so I apologize, I’ve not done this before)
Bloodstone runs about 447t per stone making a stack of 99 about 44253 treasure
Tales of terror is about 350t per book making the stacks 138600 treasure
Copper gear is about 699t per gear making the stack 69201 treasure
Iron gear is about 350t per gear making the stacks 103950 treasure
Forgotten poets tools is about (no price listed in the AH so let’s just say 400t each) making the stack of 29 11600 treasure
I’m most interested in the bloodstone and gears (total together 217404 and I’d just let you add something else to fill in the rest of the eggs value)
As for pricing I just do the value of the egg with the same value of items
