Hello, does anyone know if somebody is selling a perma baby scroll for like 115gems and 11,935 treasure? I dont have 200 gems but i could combine my gems and treasure to give as much as possible for it! But I cant find anybody thats selling it for that price!

Just fyi Scrolls of Eternal Youth cost 350 gems for one scroll and an average of about 250 per scroll if you buy the 3-pack so you are very unlikely to find someone who is reselling for much cheaper than 250 gems or 250k treasure. Your current offer would be shorting a seller by almost half of the lowest price someone could sell for.
Your best bet if you specifically want a super underpriced Scroll of Eternal Youth may be to see if there's a raffle or someone giving them away in the Raffles & Giveaways forum, but I think you may be better off just doing your best to save up for it.
If you max out your fairgrounds payouts for 2-3 days you should have enough to cover the expense.
